These purchasing terms apply to orders through tavlsoria.com together with the displayed product details and the store’s payment, shipping, return, refund, and privacy policies.
1. Store Operator
tavlsoria™ is owned and operated by Huizhou Xiaoheng Technology Co., Ltd. Business identity and customer-service details appear below.
2. Product Selection
Review each product’s dimensions, scale where stated, materials, assembly requirements, selected variant, included components, and care instructions. Do not assume that tools, adhesive, paint, lighting, batteries, or display covers are included unless expressly listed. Minor display differences do not excuse material misdescription or supplying the wrong item.
3. Adult Hobby Use
Products are intended for adult hobby use and decorative display rather than use as children’s toys. Follow supplied assembly and safety instructions. Keep small parts, sharp tools, adhesives, and any electrical components away from children and pets. Product-specific instructions take precedence over general styling information.
4. Prices and Payment
The storefront and checkout display the applicable currency, product prices, shipping charges, and relevant taxes or other amounts. Review the final total before payment. You must be authorized to use the selected method. Genuine errors are addressed as permitted by law with appropriate communication and payment resolution.
5. Order Review
An order submission is an offer to purchase. A payment authorization or automated acknowledgement alone does not establish fulfillment. We may review payment, stock, addresses, duplicate orders, or suspected errors. If an order cannot be supplied, we communicate and handle captured payments appropriately.
6. Processing and Delivery
Standard processing is 2–4 business days after payment confirmation and may take up to 5 business days during peak periods. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Estimated U.S. transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch, separate from processing. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Other offered destinations may have different estimates.
7. Delays and Delivery Concerns
For a substantial delay, prolonged tracking inactivity, or suspected loss, contact service@tavlsoria.com with your order and tracking references. A Delivered scan alone does not automatically resolve a legitimate dispute. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we provide revised information and applicable options to consent to delay or cancel unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund, obtaining consent where required.
8. Returns and Refunds
Request an eligible preference return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Preference-return items should be unused and unassembled, in original condition with supplied components and packaging where reasonably available. Obtain approval and the authorized address before mailing. Customers pay preference-return postage unless law requires otherwise. Approved returns have no restocking fee.
9. Product Issues and Refund Timing
Verified damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed items attributable to us receive an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional cost for the qualifying issue. Proper assembly does not automatically remove defect remedies. For approved returned merchandise, we initiate refunds to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. Banks may need additional posting time. Mandatory deadlines take precedence.
10. Cancellation
Request cancellation as soon as possible. A successful pre-fulfillment cancellation has no cancellation fee. Preparation, packing, or dispatch may prevent operational cancellation without removing separate mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
11. Intellectual Property and Conduct
Original branding, text, graphics, and other store materials may be protected by applicable rights. Unauthorized commercial copying, fraudulent transactions, malicious code, unlawful access, or interference with security is prohibited to the extent permitted by law.
12. Consumer Rights, Updates, and Contact
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Responsibility is assessed under applicable law and the transaction’s circumstances. Effective date: October 16, 2026.
